What do they have in those missiles’ warheads? Is that napalm?

Looks more like white phosphorus to me. Napalm looks a lot like burning gasoline.

The first volley looked like white phosphorous (Willy Pete), nasty stuff! When the bursting charge explodes it throws chunks of WP dispersed around the target area, white phosphorous ignites when exposed to air and leaves a fluffy white smoke trail in flight. The smoke is phosphorous pent-oxide and should not be inhaled. If the burning WP hits you it will burn clean to the bone.

The following strikes didn't display the pent-oxide smoke trails and may very well have been napalm.
