Virginia was one of the states mention in the 250 page report issued by the INdiana Secretary of State when he decertified a certain electronic voting machine before the 2012 election. Very low turnout in my precinct. In and out in 5 minutes. Voter ID, check. Paper bubble in ballot that you then feed into a machine, check. Your name is entered into a computer which spits out a receipt. The receipt is then presented to a person who give you a ballot. To overstuff a box you would need a list of those that hadn’t voted yet and a co-conspirator in the person handling the ballots.
