I was told today at work by an Indian coworker - here on an H1-B visa that my employer is a “White Boys’ Club” because white men are in charge.
I dare not speak up as I need this job and I was the only white person present. My boss is an Indian. I am new around there and on thin ice - it doesn’t help that I am a white male - totally fair game under the new rules.
I wanted to ask them how many white, black or Chinese women run Indian companies, but after spending 2 years unemployed, decided to just shut up.

You are wise to keep your mouth shut. I suggest looking for a new job as they will be looking for any excuse to replace you with one of their own.
