This is why presidents fire all federal judges and replace them with their own people when they assume office. So they can legislate through the courts. Obama appointee.

So, when the Repub. president assumes office in ‘17 he will/should fire all the federal judges, replace them with his own and reverse this. Then have conservative groups sue the government over EPA rules, IRS and every other abuse given Obama’s Kangaroo court approval and reverse everything. Then go on and go after illegal voting, sanctuary cities, everything.

Uh, no. Presidents can't fire federal judges. They can fire US attorneys, and replace them with their own picks, but presidents can't touch federal judges.

Judges cannot be fired. Judges, however, can be impeached and removed from office, or if lose an election. I think you are thinking of US attorneys who are appointed by the President, and can be fired by the President.
