The Chinese have always preferred the male of the species. It's an integral part of their culture.
They HAD to make changes because there did come a time where there weren't enough women for men to marry. The only men who got wives were the wealthy men.
The Chinese have always sold their females into slavery of one kind or another.
They bound wealthy women's feet as girls so women would dainty little "lotus" feet.
Their misogyny takes the cake throughout the world. Always has; always will. The ONLY Chinese females with ANY chance are those born in the West.
