Swedish authorities were called on Wednesday to remove a group of refugees who have refused to get off a bus after being taken to a village three days ago, saying it was “too cold†and isolated.
“There are 14 people inside and around the buses who don’t want to move into the [asylum] centre,†Migration Agency spokeswoman Maria Lofgren told AFP.
They were part of a group of 60 Syrians and Iraqis brought by bus on Sunday to Limedsforsen, close to the Norwegian border, to a village of wooden chalets where they were to stay while their asylum claims were assessed.

Seems the onset of winter may very well solve the problem.
And maybe that’s why Islamic conquest never got far north: just too dang cold. They have to learn the lesson the hard way again.
does Sweden have unbroken 24-hour period of sunlight ? what’s that fasting from sun up to sun down thing ?

I took a cab once in Sweden in May. The cabbie said something about winter, and I said, (half jokingly) "Isn't this winter" (as I was freezing my a&& off). He just laughed and laughed.
Sadly, they'll adjust. See Maine.
Wasn’t it Sweden where mothers normally leave children in strollers outside in seriously sub freezing temperatures while the parents dine or shop?

I am sure the refugee center is warmer than the bus...so being too cold is a red herring...
They simply want to be in a urban setting...not out in the boondocks...
ungrateful slugs...turn off the bus and feed them lukfish...
I thought they were “refugees”... you know, happy to be alive and all that.
Sorry to ruin anyone’s lunch, but... the smell in that thing must be... (shudder)
They came for the welfare, not the cold.
Swedish authorities will have to warm up the country for them.
These “refugees” add such a vital component to Swedish society.
Send em back to where ever they came from
Sweden, you have no idea of what you’ve gotten your country into. They’ll be demanding hot housing, halal food, having your women wear scarves, no pork, sharia law and stuff and stuff and stuff. But don’t you dare ask us to assimilate into your culture.
No Problem. Turn it around and take them back where they came from.
If you make them a fire, they will be warm for a night. If you set them on fire, they will be warm for the rest of their lives.
I find it interesting that so many Somalis, from one of the world's hottest countries, have settled in Minnesota.
Note to the rapeugees - it’s warmer, I’m told, in hell.
