ALL Government entities REQUIRE Drug Screening, ALL Government Contractors are REQUIRED to have a Drug Screening program, Government Started the whole drug screening programs, insurance companies quickly picked up on it and if you DO NOT have a drug screening program your rates could very well be DOUBLE the rate paid by those companies that do.
