How are employees are forced to train their replacements? Extortion.
Employees are told that if they don't do the training, they won't get whatever separation benefits they're entitled to like X months of salary, education payments, free career counseling, etc.

How are employees are forced to train their replacements? Extortion. It's called "severance package". They didn't have to stay and train their replacements. They could have left at any time...and given up severance.

Extortion being “either you do or don’t do what I want or you will be deprived(of a benefit or cash) What Disney did was extortion by any standard and all the Libertarian nonsense to the contrary notwithstanding.
