This is racist. Even thought Baltimore has same population as Vancouver and has more than 20 times the murder rate, it’s not because Baltimore is 65% black and Vancouver is 1% black. It’s because of the evil white man.
Well, I would argue that folks in Vancouver are mostly ‘mellow’, and enjoy herbal type medication. In Baltimore....cocaine is the daily drug and makes people frustrated and aggregated, so there’s no patience.
