He was given the taxpayer relief bullet.
Love a happy ending.
Middle name of “Ray.” They are all “Wayne” or “Ray”.
We need more Rooster Cogburns as average citizens. This guy should have been put down long ago. There are too many like him out and free.
“taxpayer relief bullet”
He was given a state-approved dose of the quietus.

Wait until the feds start releasing supposedly “non-violent” drug offenders. We will be seeing a lot more of these events in cities where they are released.
I heard the other night, that he got away, when he was surrounded by cops and then rammed two cop cars and sped away.
I turned to my wife and asked, “If they were that close, why didn’t they just SHOOT THAT SOB?!?”
I mean, this guy has been shooting at people! Hello, kill him and save the people the expense of a trial!!
Especially when two of them are Floyd and Ray.
In that instance there were two other people with Cook, at a gas station - likely a chaotic situation. One officer did get off a shot, but evidently missed. Were the cops supposed to just mow everyone down? Or maybe blow up a gas pump?
In the end, KSP got the advantage they’d want, and your wish came true.
Sorry, but they had already captured his other two accomplices, according to the news report I heard. According to the news report which I heard, he was alone in the car and then got away.
I didn’t “wish” for his death, but I damn sure ain’t gonna cry over the loss of this worthless POS! I’m just sorry that your bleeding heart is hurting today.
Ok, I’ll accept the report you heard as accurate. So, did the cops have multiple clear shots? Evidently one did have a shot, took it, and missed. Were you there in some psychic fashion? Who knows.
My heart would only be bleeding if some innocent person was harmed in getting this guy. I have no disagreement with you on Cook being a POS, only with your criticism of the LEO’s in this instance. They are not judge and jury (but surely are allowed to defend themselves.)
KSP and the Marshall later got the guy as you said you wanted (no trial), so why are you upset? So far as I can see, the LEO’s did a good job, and did what they had to do, when it came down to it.
