California to the rest of the United States. Our liberal nirvana is not sustainable. We need $7 billion from the rest of you US citizens to keep it going. Sure our "largely successful, innovative program" has 12.5 million Californians on totally subsidized Medi-Cal and any illegal alien under 19 in eligible for the program. Sure we are currently trying to get all illegal aliens regardless of age taxpayer funded health insurance. And sure health insurance costs are skyrocketing for working California citizens there are hiccups in all new programs. So how about that $7 billion?

Same newspaper which has managed to convince the Black Lives Matter crowd that their out-of-control drug problem is all the CIA’s fault.
