China is in violation of numerous international laws, treaties, and agreements; whereas the U.S. possession of Guam is unquestionably lawful. China has unlawfully violated an international agreement not to change the status quo of what is a highly disputed shoal underwater at high tide and subject to numerous overlapping claims of sovereignty; whereas the U.S. possession is a large island far above the tides since time immemorial and whose sovereignty is not in any credible dispute.
