U of Il. is taking only THE best of the best from Il. and the rest of the spots go to foreign students. It is VERY difficult to get into now.
My daughter was looking to apply at a college in eastern Washington State. On the application form it had something like:
“Resident”
“Non- Resident”
“Dreamer”
She did a web search on “Dreamer”.
She logged off the application form lickity split - ranting and raving.
Yep! My granddaughter.
