Made me look it up -- but I think you are overstating the word 'destroyer'. The Authorized version has it as:

He also that is slothful in his work is brother to him that is a great waster.

I don't have access to any Hebrew language tools right now, but a couple of Commentaries I checked alluded to this 'brother' as being a Prodigal who wasted his living in riotous living. More of a destroyer of his wealth and belongings - rather than a destroyer of other people... But close enough - I'm OK with lumping in terrorists with BLMers.
