There are a number of outright lies in this article. For example, Pirinccis quote has been maliciously taken out of context to give the impression, Pirincci wanted to send asylum seekers to concentration camps. If you read the quote in context, it is obvious that he is insinuating that the liberal Pegida haters wanted to send government critics (like him) to concentration camps.

It is still an interesting read.

As the postwar consensus that has ruled Europe dissolves, the brown will once again rejoin the red and the black in European extremism.

The only “hate problem” is the hate people like Merkel and other elected officials have for Germany by allowing Jihadist hordes en masse whose ideology is utterly incompatible with western and Judeo-Christian values and bring in nothing but violence, mayhem, destruction and looting (of the state coffers) when nothing positive is received in return. It is high treason at best and complete insanity at worst, with it not being mutually exclusive.

Precisely. This conflict was predictable, avoidable, and the coming war is blood on the hands of those who made stupid decisions and those who advised them. All that remains to be see is how much blood and when it is shed.

There are a number of outright lies in this article.

I haven't read the article (yet), but my first thought on seeing the headline was, no, Germany has a problem with lying media (and politicians, but that's expected).

Residual guilt. Sometimes you just have to fight back.

This article is revealing of how the left operates in Germany as it does in America by resort to the following propaganda tactics:

1. Resort to anecdotal evidence which, of course, opens the whole fact-finding process to distortion.

2. Resort to name-calling i.e. "xenophobic," "far right," "neo-Nazi" etc. which are replete with in this article.

3. Exaggeration.

These and many more demagogic techniques are deployed to establish a predicate for the government to control expression of opinion, the very thing our First Amendment is designed to prevent. Time and again the authors complain of the ineffectual measures, or complete absence of measures, taken by the government to interdict and even criminalize free speech. Note how threats of physical violence are neatly conflated with arguments against open borders.

What you describe is what Jonah Goldberg has called , “Liberal Fascism.”

The history of it is well revealed here:

And we will have to fight them and destroy them.

“The only “hate problem” is the hate people like Merkel and other elected officials have for Germany by allowing Jihadist hordes en masse...” Exactly. Progressives like Merkel, Obama, et al, expertly divide people against each other and then fill the ears of one group against another, with the latter group being people most resistant to the take-over and corruption of their minds. They (progressives) stir the pot, unleash hate, and then use the mind-controlled as a weapon by which blame (in this case hate) is projected onto the target group.

Were politicians bored?

Is that why they set policies that would create problems so that they could exert more control over the people?

Or maybe they just wanted more control? more power?

Create problems so that they can have more control in the name of security?

Just as Weimar Germany showed what happens when government does not carry out its responsibilities, we are seeing what happens when people do not trust their government to look out for them in the normal, legitimate responsibilities of givernment.

The Bible says thou shalt not commit murder... Right in between a half dozen commandments about when and how people are to be put to death by the government. The purpose was so that individuals don't run off seeking vengeance. Paul said the government wields the sword to "execute wrath."

The point is that God knew precisely what happens when duly constituted government fails to carry out its appointed duties. The German government has failed to secure its borders, to protect its citizens, and this is EXACTLY how you get a Hitler.

Truly Orwellian. Their love of country is being called hate.

We are seeing here the same thing as happening in Israel. Those who seek to defend themselves against the homicidal violence of Islam and labeled “haters” and branded terrorists themselves.

Hate, like anger, often stems from fear. If the fear is valid, the hate/anger are also valid....

Why did Germany vote for Merkel, a product of East Germany? The background of a leader is crucial to how they will lead, as the USA has learned by Obama’s disastrous reign.
