I read some analysis of Iowa’s primary and it’s a terrible predictor of the presidency and even the party nominee. IA appears to be important b/c it’s the first, but it’s a poor weather vane.

As for the new ABC poll there is very good news in the poll for Trump. 54% of the respondents for Trump said they had made up their mind. Only 19% of the respondents for Carson said they had made up their minds. That signals to me that Carson is a veritable hunting ground for Trump votes.

The relief provided by Gravis will not last. Other polls will come out showing Carson ahead. It is worth noting that Gravis is not a good polling company.
