The bottom line agenda for the MSM, the left, and the GOPe, is to get Trump.
The polls showing Carson “surging” are the ABC/ New York Times, and quinnipac (sp?)...both with left agendas.
Again, the left is trying to boost the republican they think they can beat, namely Carson.
Over the years, in local, state, and national elections, black candidates are focused on black issues, Carson will be the same.
Personally, I find his “laid back” style creepy. It’s very difficult to ascertain what he really thinks about any given issue, then, his waffling on the issues so far, gives rise to concerns.
He is NOT the man to dig America out of her troubles.

First, the MSM and the Left would love to run against Trump. That’s why they’ve given him so much free coverage.
Five polls now show Carson well ahead in Iowa (or tied). Only the MSM poll (CBS) has him tied. No one heard these complaints about polling conspiracies when Trump was leading and Trump supporters cite poll after poll wherever he’s still leading. Just sour grapes.
The Left is scared stiff of a Carson nomination. He could potentially seriously cut into the black vote that the Left relies upon for an automatic head start in every Presidential election. A Carson/Martinez ticket would leave the Left catatonic.
I think Carson will do more to help blacks than any other candidate, including Hillary, but he will do it by undoing the programs that have tied them to the Democrat Party for decades now. We’ll see.
Creepy? Really? And you find Trump’s bombastic nonsense stimulating and refreshing no doubt. As for issues, I am much more comfortable that I know where Carson is coming from than I am about Trump, who was donating to Democrats until very recently, and no doubt will be again once he’s out of the race. After all, then they come when he beckons.
