Why do you say that it is unfortunate that oil will not remain at a low price? Many if not most oil companies are laying off workers and some will actually go bankrupt. It is contradictory to say that oil is cyclical and then say that it will remain lowish. Oil will come back. It always has.
I agree oil will come back up in price. Companies that are well managed will come out with assets bought at bargain prices from the companies that bought into the “it will never go down in price” and over extended themselves. I’m not sure where the disconnect is in my comment. My fingers crossed was for saudi imploding in the time the price is down... I’m all for that.
