How did this guy ever get elected governor of Florida???

I'm sure that in her final days, Terri Schiavo-Schindler was wondering the same thing.

He basically just said “this is too hard” & if it’s too hard for his weak personna, he doesn’t want the job. It’s the exact opposite of asking voters for their vote ..... instead, he actually told them to go vote for Trump. Guess what? They’re going to take his advice. :-)

If I were a donor, not one penny more for someone who does not have the stomach for a tough campaign & who is wasting my money.

Being a voter, if the campaign is “too hard”, then being president is definitely going to be too hard for this “mama’s boy” ..... he’s Barbara’s baby because it’s glaringly obvious he is not a chip off the old war hero dad block that “W” was/is.

I don’t think I will ever be able to erase that image of him standing on his tippy-toes to make himself appear taller from my brain.

Either way, it’s really odd phrasing. And you are correct, he is referring to cool things he could be doing instead of campaigning. Yeeeeaaaahhhhh!

"Elect Trump if you want..."

I am hoping to elect Cruz, but will follow jebtard's! advice if it comes down to that.

First 'tard! said he! didn't want to win the primary, and so far that wish is coming true. Now he! says he doesn't want to be elected at all. This wish of his! is coming true.

So if he is elected, does he expect the democrats to allow his agenda to sail through, as republicans under McConnel and Boehner have for Obama? That is if he ever pushes something they disagree with. OR is he going to back away and give dems what they want for the sake of getting along and getting something done? I know, dumb question.

If you are talking about Forrest Gump, I have to disagree.

The fictional Forrest Gump was fighting against the odds from day one.
He was the only child of an unwed mother.
No male in the household gave him no male role model.
He was mentally handicapped with, at best, learning disabilities.
He was also physically handicapped during his childhood.

Even with every card in the deck stacked against him the, admittedly fictional, Forrest found unusual ways to overachieve.
His entire story was one of a lonely man using his meager gifts and *winning*.

Jeb Bush has had every advantage available to an American citizen.
The son of a wealthy, war hero President who had every step of every accomplishment nearly guaranteed.
Jeb Bush has never had to overcome anything.
His legacy is one of having every advantage and *losing*.

Jeb Bush joins Hillary Clinton in the world class Underachiever category.

OK. Prefer Cruz, but if Jeb wants me to vote for Trump...

What I get from this is he thinks he’s doing us all a favor by running. We’re lucky to have him, you know.

He doesn’t want to do it...he just knows we all want him, so he’ll sacrifice all that other “cool stuff” he could be doing.

And he expects someone to tell the other kids to leave him alone and quit looking at him.

It’s just not FAIR! People are being mean to him!

“I’ve got a lot of really cool things I could do other than sit around, being miserable, listening to people demonize me and me feeling compelled to demonize them.”

Then DO IT!!!! Stop talking, get out of the way and JUST DO IT, you whiny son-of-a-Bush!!

” He has always looked and sounded like an eager high school freshman running for student council. Now he’s talking like one.”

That’s the way Rubio strikes me as well.

You are right. With the Bushes, stupid is as stupid does. I was baffled by W’s nasty remark about Cruz. I don’t think there’s a 100+ IQ among any of the Bushes. I hope Jeb has destroyed any Bush legacy. They don’t deserve a legacy.
