How is what Trump said an issue or insult to Carson’s religion? Salon and now WaPo are jumping all over a fairly tepid comment. He was talking about IA where the evangelicals carry the day, and it’s apparently what has raised Carson above Trump, at least in the Quinniapac poll. So in that context, a discussion of religion, etc., is not inappropriate.
And I surely didn’t see it as anything negative against SDA. Yes, it raises ever so subtly the question of whether one of that faith would make a good POTUS, but their religious faith has been raised about nearly candidate in my lifetime.
They are pacifists, a cult and support abortion. There are many other issues if you would like a list that will affect his view on policy.
