In my 15 years of reading Free Republic, my take is that most members here are not at all biased against Catholics. In fact, it seems to tilt slightly on the pro-Catholic side. I do see, from time to time, an anti-Southern Evangelical bias here. In spite of Southerners being the most Patriotic, pro-gun people in the Republic, they do get mocked here an a fairly routine basis and with impunity.
