In Friday’s letter, Kadzik states that the DOJ found “no evidence that any IRS official acted based on political, discriminatory, corrupt, or other inappropriate motives that would support a criminal prosecution.”

What about Lerner's emails, exhorting the agency to pursue the conservative organizations?

By the government's own "affirmative action" standards, the mere statistical discrepancy in targeting leftist vs. conservative organizations is evidence of a crime.

“We also found no evidence that any official involved in the handling of tax-exempt applications or IRS leadership attempted to obstruct justice,” he added.

Oh, and all those "hard drive failures" were just coincidental?

If the Justice Dept. were fair at all, the FBI would have sweated every one of the agents involved, and gave them the usual pitch:

"The first one to talk gets a deal. The rest of you will go to jail."

Guess we didn’t get the memo. Apparently it don’t work like that anymore. Don’t want to diminish anyone feelings of self esteem.
