Yes, but as well, maintaining freedom in a free nation is like weeding a big lush garden. You don't just weed it and walk away thinking it's done. You have to constantly be on the lookout, because a new weed is going to come up somewhere near where you yanked the old one. It's a constant process, a natural process.
