The Leviathon gas field discovery in the Mediterranean Sea was a God-send for the Israelis. It’s under development by Noble Energy out of Texas, although there may be some problems upcoming.
The financing to develop the field involves Jewish oligarchs in both Israel and Russia. The two countries, IMO, are much closer than most people realize.
