And, once again, the ‘Pubbies prove how truly useless they are.

I don’t think there was enough vote fraud to beat him. He just ran a bad campaign.

you are wrong......

the power is in the hands of a black muslim marxist president that ordered Lois Lerner to attack and kill the tea party. she did precisely that

the republicans had nothing to do with that.

it was non voting conservatives that burdened the country with the black messiah agin

They Obama Administration just needs to run out the clock. They know that, if they make it to next Presidential Administration, they will never be prosecuted. After all, if an outgoing Administration cannot safely leave office without facing prosecution policies, no matter how criminal, there cannot be an orderly and lawful transfer of power and civil war will follow.
To make things more amusing, though, the Congressional ‘Pubbies see determined to help them.

If Ted Cruz has that kind of fire in the belly, then so be it.

We’re on the fast track to anarchy and third world status, politically at least.

Time to clean house in earnest. It really is now or never.

And that would be just what we’d expect from the Just-Us Department.

Sure, but you can’t say the Government didn’t clamp down on public efforts to rally opposition to the incumbent. That in and of itself is election fraud by the FED itself. We have proof. It’s not even up for debate. Now it’s clear they never had anything to fear by using the power of the Government against the public. So, how do we know the depth of the Fraud? We don’t. All we know is that they will use Government positions to influence elections with impunity.

The pardon power pertains to federal crimes, IIRC. States could prosecute under state law.

Maybe I’m wrong but it seems to me the 10th Amendment would be in play.

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” -

Too bad for you that the next President can order the charges be picked right back up again, and prosecutions will go forward.

In theory, yes, but it's highly unlikely that the next president is going to waste their political capital in what would be perceived as "witch hunts" and "retributions" against the prior administration. New administrations focus on their own forward-looking agendas.

Throughout the Bush administration there were constant calls for people (e.g., Dick Cheney) to be prosecuted for "war crimes". Even Obama had the sense to know that such an action would have derailed his presidency from the outset. Lois isn't the first scoundrel to be protected, nor will she be the last. The solution is for the electorate to elect those of good character. That's the challenge and opportunity for 2016.

I was just thinking about Libby today. Wasn’t he prosecuted for perjury for making an error, of two days, when testifying about a meeting with a reporter? He was two days off in his testimony and was prosecuted for perjury. Let that sink in as you remember how Lois Lerner denied tax exempt status to any perceived conservative group and Hillary! e-mailed Chelsea about the ‘Al-Qaeda like’ terrorist attack, yet told the American people it was an attack instigated by a video. The inmates are running the asylum. If Hillary! is able to cheat her way into the WH, is there anyplace left on earth where we can go and live free?

It is a necessary duty that these people be prosecuted into prison or suicide. They have crossed the Rubicon, and much bad will come from allowing them to get away with it.

It is not only the duty of the next President to put the current administration in prison, he should order Federal staff to revoke all the bogus economic numbers which the current administration has faked up. Meaning, we need to re-write all the economic data for the last seven years to show what a crap fest Obamanomics has been. Obama needs to go down in history as the stupid, lazy, ignorant, mouthy, petulant, man-child that he is.

It is a necessary part of the healing process of the nation to wake people up to the lies and corruption that they permitted these last seven years.

If a republican takes office and leaves so much as a janitor in the Justce Department, they can bite me!

Fire them all! And then prosecute the IRS to the fullest.

Really?

Last time I checked, we gave ‘em the House AND the Senate. But the cowards that run these institutions pre-emptively surrendered to Obama.

And the ‘investigations’ that Congressional ‘Pubbies ran were nothing but Kabuki theater that never returned indictments. Instead, they just served to help the Obama cover this up.

So don’t give me any crap about ‘non-voting conservatives.’

You need to think a little further ahead.

If the outgoing Administration cannot release their hold on power without facing prosecution for their policies, however treasonous, then they will refuse to do so. This makes an orderly tranfer of power impossible. Every election will become a potential civil war.

You’re imagining a world where that’s going to happen and you’re calling me “naive”?! LOL! Who are you imagining is going to pursue that route in this government? The tooth fairy? The FBI? Maybe Craig Livingstone or Ken Starr!
