BTTT anyone have a live feed?
One live....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RP5Y4lISF0s
I see a slight reduction of the tops in the last few frames of the IR satellite.
Would be a positive development for Mexico.
However, daybreak could account for some of the warming.
“Theres at least one storm chaser down there, @icyclone, but even hes heading to higher land and more sturdy shelter. He was positioned to catch the eye, but with the hurricane intensifying so much, even he sensibly ran.”
Nope, he’s running TOWARDS it because they are now projecting it will come in south of where he was located.
It’s been pouring here in N TX since yesterday afternoon.
It’s developing an outer eye wall...which could be very bad news.
No wind as yet in that live shot but it won’t be long.
You mean so they can do the on-site reporting with dramatic footage in the background, like bodies flying through the air?
Ditto here as well.......wonder if this is the first time a hurricane has been named for us?
Pat
LOL...one of my all-time favorite pieces of ‘news’ video...her ‘bullshit’ was exposed for ALL to see...
Looks like Puerto Vallarta is begining to feel it.

Who was that?
The ‘reporter’ in the canoe...
My niece just moved to Puerto Vallarta and had to move inland for the storm.
Yikes. We need the rain - especially in Central Texas - but not bad flooding, right?
The 2nbd stream you posted has gone down. FYI.
We've had our name on the hurricane list, but we've never materialized in those former years.
As a little girl, I was fascinated with “weather,” and started reading the daily reports in the newspaper at age 4 because our neighbor next door in our duplex was a “proof-reader” for the old San Diego Sun newspaper. I actually learned to read and find mistakes due to him, so looking back, I realize now that he's the reason I excelled in several subjects like geography all because he taught me to read the daily weather reports and national weather charts of the US cities and their daily High's and Low's.
Thanks, Jane. We got a pretty good pounding overnight and into the AM hours. Weather service is now saying that hurricane Patricia will bring some rain to South Texas. Don't expect much from that storm up Dallas way.
