The Russians have had a couple of decades , IN COOPERATION with the Chinese, to develop countermeasures to some of the tech we use.
This isn’t a 1970’s Soviet force we are talking about.
The tech edge has been slipping for twenty years.
And the large numbers of Chinese students in our universities, where they can gain knowledge of our tech, doesn't help us.
