I think he/she lives in dread anyone will ever say anything good about Russia - even if it is a statement like - I like Russian vodka - she/he will post a long rant about how Russians are all drunks and they were ruled by Stalin. Drink Polish vodka instead, etc. It is so transparent.
Coincidentally that's statistically true. Russia has a significant drinking problem with low life expectancy.
