Not really following this very closely, but the the main question should be “if Stevens repeatedly asked for support and none was forthcoming, why?”
She dances around the question and says that steps are taken to ensure that this sort of thing doesn’t happen again. But if she can’t say why this happened, how can a fix be put into place? I just want know why Stevens and company was hung out to dry.
