I noticed that Mr. Smirk has a Congressional lapel pin. So he’s apparently a ‘RAT member of Congress. Can anyone identify him?
Someone said it was David Kendall, Bill’s old Monica attorney who still carries water for the Clintons. I googled it and yup, looks like him.
