Scores of refugees flooded into Slovenia on their way to Austria in the last 24 hours, but their gender and sheer crowd size led some observers to note: It looks more like an invading army than a peaceful flight of the downtrodden. It's all men – looks like an army going off to war..."
Gateway Pundit picked up on the theme, writing on its own blog: "It's like an army marching..." The blog reported an estimated 10,000 migrants have walked across Macedonia borders in the span of 24 hours, with "the latest wave flooding across Europe ... all men." PamelaGeller.com posted a link to a petition at OpenPetition calling on more border crackdowns. In "Stop the Islamization of America: A Practical Guide to the Resistance," renowned activist Pamela Geller provides the answer, offering proven, practical guidance on how freedom lovers can stop jihadist initiatives in local communities.
In part, the text reads: "Every day, thousands of people flock to Austria illegally - including not only economic migrants, but also Islamist extremists. Alone because of their sheer mass, they are no longer integrated. We Austrians are given the new migration of peoples is increasingly becoming a minority in their own country. Without batting an eyelid our politicians act irresponsibly and completely destroy our future. For too long they see this crisis passively – we say: Enough! We therefore call for the resignation of the Austrian government and new elections." The petition also calls for "the closure of the Austrian borders for economic migrants and Islamists" and the reversal of refugee flow of illegals from Europe...

You have ask yourself, why are all these “refugees” male and typically of military age if this isn’t essentially a soft invasion?

With regards to the politicians, your assessment seems to be correct. I suspect many of the politicians also genuinely believe that the Muslims will love them, though.
With regards to the liberal voters, they love Muslims just to spite conservatives. Look at any liberal forum (Kos, DU, SomethingAwful) and you’ll see their pathetic spite on display.
