H-1B should exist....but I think it has to be attached to a salary offered...say $75,000 minimum and a two-year maximum usage for the company.

I’m glad to see he is meeting with Cruz, maybe he will learn some facts. I agree with Cruz on most things, but increasing H-1b visas is definitely not one of them.
