Sarcasm aside, the expansion of the universe will eventually place distant galaxies formed in the early universe so far away, light from them will be undetectable. We will be outside their light cone.
The future civilization will see nothing, giving no clues as to what happened so long ago.
We're in that situation already with respect to the origin of life.
The only thing we see now is the complex DNA/RNA type life, and whatever came before was not preserved in the fossil record.
