Personally, I think it is Obama’s call. He absolutely must have a Democrat in the WH or his “legacy” items are going to get destoryed .... Obamatrade (crappy TPP), Obamanuke (Iran deal), Obama(NO)care, Obamanomics (redistribution of wealth, especially to Climate Change Cronies), Obamacrime (lawlessness: BLM, illegal immigrants), etc.
Joe Biden would be an Obama 3rd term and I believe that is who Obama/ValJar would personally prefer in the WH .... BUT can he be elected? Hilly, at this time, appears to have a better chance of winning so Obama will not totally loose the DOJ/FBI dogs on her .... he’s got them snapping at her heels just to keep her in line & grateful (mess up & she’ll need a pardon from him ... which he may or may not give her if it comes to that - depends on the size of the cash transfer from the Clinton Foundation to the Obama Foundation).
So ... Joe running? Only if Obama thinks he can win. After the Hilly debate performance, I’m thinking “no” ... after Obama’s comments to Kroft, fragging the FBI investigation into Hilly, I’m thinking “no”.
I guess we’ll all find out in the next two weeks or so which way it goes, unless Hilly gets herself so worked up testifying at the Benghazi Committee that she has a stroke or something ..... you just never know.
I was shocked by Trey Gowdy’s revelations.
Seven previous Benghazi investigations, and not one bothered to look at Ambassador Stevens e-mails in the 12 months before he was murdered???

I do understand your point and agree with it.
I’m actually amazed at how many what-I-expected-to-be-Obama-voters express a strong, favorable opinion of Trump. It is those I know to be strongly conservative, not-FReepers Republicans who I actually have to convince that Trump is not a disaster. Maybe for the backstabbers in the Party, but not conservatives.
In other words, here in Alabama I’m surprised at how many Trump supporters I find among blacks, college students and professors (I’m still teaching part time at the university), blue collar people and fixed income seniors.
It makes me think that unless he massively slips up, he’s got this in the bag.
Historically, no one does to this early in a campaign, but for right now...

Once the disaster that was Barack Obama finally wears off, maybe, like a bad hangover, what with black unemployment, illegal aliens taking the jobs, worsening schools, riots by thugs and drug dealers, some many more will see the light.,
And it just might start with “Hey, the brotha’s not running, that old, white dyke Hillary is not one of us, and the Man Donald is telling us to come back to the light. Trump’s just like them old flamboyant white guys who liked to hire us black guys. Guess I’ll give him a try.”
But Rod, every time the drivebys have said, “Aha! This is it! This is simply going to RUIN Trump!”, he runs away with more points in the polls.
Maybe because what the DNC Media means is that they don’t know dumb stuff from $hit. Or they don’t like how Trump says stuff that hurts their pet socialist candidates and mewing RINOs, so they claim it’s dumb stuff.
I’m usually conflicted as to whether the journ-o-lists are painfully insular and stupid, or devious. It is probably both, but it’s hard to wrap your head around democrat logic.
Yup, I snuck a few hours outdoors myself. First cool morning here in Southern Alabama. Dug up some yams; big, fat and juicy! I also have a huge crop of collards coming up like gangbusters. Gonna have good greens every day for a while.
Still got plenty of ‘maters and peppers coming along, but I should get my first frost in a few days to weeks.
It’s too early to jump for joy but it’s hard to not be excited. The thought of Democrats and GOPe sucking wind is almost too good to be true.
In another thought, I would hope Trump chooses a running mate who understands the intricacies of congress and who can help him follow the constitution effectively. Cruz comes to mind but I’m sure there are others as well.
I would ask about that stupid video every Obama-ite and Hillary were screeching about at the beginning. State under oath, Hill, whether you EVER actually believed it was about the video, or if you still swear you did at first, when did you decide it wasn’t? Date please.
Correlate with when she met and lied to the families of the Fallen Four, and use it to make excoriating campaign commercials about her. Play on every TV and radio for a few weeks.
Make the Swift Boaters look like a garden party.
Because what she did was absolutely evil and dishonorable, and if widely made available, would kill her candidacy without even bringing up another email, ever.
