There he is, using "reign" again. We are not supposed to be electing a Caesar, though with the current occupant and the sycophancy of the Senate especially, who the heck knows?

That’s just being silly. The word “reign” gets used pretty loosely. At my workplace, the CEO often refers to the “reign” of his predecessors. Hell, my wife has reign over the house which is why I need to go to Buffalo Wild Wings when I want to watch a football game and have a few beers in some peace and quiet.
