All I know about them is that they have certainly been putting on an ad campaign lately. See them all the time on Direct TV. My guess is they will lose that fight, even if what they state is a fact (not that I am saying it is). But nothing will prevent them from moving offshore I guess.
I certainly will be very happy not to have to see their dumb commercials every five seconds on every sports program I watch.
I’m watching the Dodgers Mets game and by now I would have had to sit through 10 fan duel ads and it’s only top of the 4th. For that relief alone I’m glad about this.
