I don’t understand why a Bush plant would ask Trump that question. It was a question that could only help Trump in a Republican context. Are people claiming Bush and Trump are in cahoots?
I would guess they thought it would hurt him. Which means they are minor leaguers playing in the big leagues.

I can almost guarantee that most (if not all) of the GOPe candidates would've tripped on their response. They are programmed to spout PC, non-confrontational responses.
They probably figured Trump would do the same. I think he could have responded a bit more bluntly - but he did OK. It wasn't the typical mush I'd expect from Bush, Rubio, or the other dwarf candidates.
Because that was the first hit Trump took on Jeb back before the low energy blast. Remember Jeb’s stumble on women’s health issues? Plus the GOPe thinks they’ll be able to get Trump to stumble on a “women’s issue” question.
While she is working on the Bush campaign, I think she was acting independently.
