I wouldn’t go so far as to say that Obama would never try that here, but his mouth is probably drooling at the possibilities, and hoping that this kind of “public service” might spring up on its own,fed by and also feeding the idealism of those who 7,8 years ago were singing his praises in Kindergartens. For this to be happening in Germany NOW is particularly perverse. It conjures images from the Third Reich, with the roles reversed-—German children becoming Jewish children serving Nazi masters, hoping their lives will be spared before going to the camps , or spared once they got there. There is NO end of perversity in this role-playing, especially the enforced subservience. This will backfire, but like the frogs in the slowly heating water, eventually come to a boil.

The problem is homeschooling is illegal in Germany.

Yes, they can’t have the children NOT being subjected to all that anti-German propaganda can they? Can’t have the children learning at an early age to NOT be self-hating Germans.

Dear me, that might result in German’s being proud to be German and being proud of German culture, therefore turning into *gasp* NAZI’S!

Don’t forget, Merkel hasn’t even asked the German people if they’re okay with her allowing the Muslim horde in.

I’m curious as to why they cannot homeschool.

The curricula in Germany is pretty well set. Home-schooling COULD alter that and I think that is to be discouraged.

I read this once: the difference between the Germans and French:

****The Germans are allowed to THINK differently buy they are encouraged to ACT in unison. The Germans learn by deductive reasoning, top-down logic, AND rote.

****The French are NOT allowed to THINK differently but they are encouraged to ACT differently. The French learn by rote. Period. They aren't taught deductive (or inductive) reasoning.

I expected my own children to learn how to make beds, make food, and clean. That is part of good parenting, making my child independent and self sufficient as possible so that he or she grows up to be a capable adult. They would of course make messes while trying to make a sandwich for themselves or make a bowl of cereal. But I was proud of them. My children did not grow up helpless. Why would German parents even allow their children to be used as servants for Muslims who are quite capable of doing these tasks for themselves? Merkel has gone off the deep end! If the Germans are revolting soon, they have been thoroughly neutered.
