It allows people who have bad motives or soft minds to then raise doubts that are not based on science or facts, but are able to be communicated without people reacting with total ridicule, he said.
"Soft minds" I guess that would be me in that I don't believe in what he and his elitist environmental fascist are peddling. Wonder if he presented this in that all California state workers would take an immediate salary cut and a trim to their generous pension and benefit packages how this would be accepted by the "soft minds".

Repeat the BIG LIE over and over, despite all of the evidence to the contrary.

Brown also said the problem is so complex that its likely no one knows how to solve it. Typical Loony Left thinking: We know we can't solve it, but let's throw trillions of dollars at it. CA: you should be ashamed for letting this moonbat back in office.

Governor Moonbeam does love his fantasies.
One wonders where he’s gonna get all this money when he’s so busy handing it out to illegal aliens with both hands and a wheel barrow.

Cost much it will.
For the civil war it will cause.
However, the killing of all progressives might, just might, make it worth it.

That part is absolutely true.
It will also accomplish nothing. Wonder why he left that part out.

Brown warns climate fight will cost trillions, disrupt lifestyle The Glocal Warming scam is just another leftist scheme to swindle more money from taxpayers and funnel it to themselves, their crony capitalist supporters and faithful democrat moochers and parasites.
The crooked politicians will dole out the loot to those they like, the lifestyle disruption will be focused on those they don't like.
Just like the many other schemes they have running today.
