For me, the jury is still out on Gowdy. He’s a former prosecutor, unlike Issa, and I am willing to give him more time to complete his investigation. He’s had roadblocks from the Admin at every turn of the road. Now that Boner is out of the picture, we will see if that changes anything. Gowdy’s results have been disappointing and it’s easy to condemn him. But when he requests data from the White Hut, Justice Dept., Hillary, etc., and he gets nothing, he’s hobbled. What piddly things they do deign to hand over has been redacted, cherry-picked, fudged, and rendered useless. Until/unless there’s an honest and true Justice Department, we’re screwed. Gowdy is screwed.
