If her handlers are more concerned about tantrums than another stroke, Biden could probably just step in and take the race.
She is past her use by date.
If you go by resume alone...she’s the only candidate in either party...that has a eight-line resume (similar in nature to President Obama in 2008).
She can claim she was the wife of Bill Clinton, that she did eight years of Senate duty but no one can state any achievement of the eight year period, ran one marginally successful Presidential campaign while losing against a lesser and almost unknown Illinois Senator, and then serving as Secretary of State for four years but no one can cite any achievement except a dead ambassador, a fall on a plane, and personally running her own email server instead of a government server.

A meltdown? She’s never done anything in her life to earn a meltdown, in my humble opinion.
