I don't believe Biden’s a buffoon - he's a caricature of an upper class white person from a time long past... he's a reflection.

The black equivalent would be a 'Step and Fetch it'... a concept blacks imitated but was never real. A female equivalent could be 'Gracie Allen'... her 'type' was a fiction... but many women imitated that fiction.
