Those are long gone, left service when the Russians got rid of the Kiev Class carriers. The replacement, Yak-141, never made it into service. That aircraft's three-piece rotating rear exhaust nozzle is really similar to the F-35B's ...

Back to the Yak-38, it was much more similar to the German VAK-191 prototype than the Harrier line:
