A B61 variant (dash 11) is still around, it seems - it was the various warheads which have been retired (W81, W84, W85) - the current version uses the W80 warhead{http://nuclearweaponarchive.org/Usa/Weapons/B61.html}.

The latest is B61-12. The -12 has a JDAM-style precision guidance package, and can be carried by the F35 in the internal weapons bay, as well as by the F-16, F-15, and B2.
