Ted is running a much better campaign than his poll numbers at this point indicate. jebtard! is sinking like a rock, but Ted keeps gaining incrementally, The trend is your friend, and we are many months away from IA and NH. He will indeed surprise a lot of the MSM types.

Iowa is almost completely a ground game. I lived there half my life and worked on campaigns.
