Can you tell us more about him?
He was my (Baptist) Sunday school teacher in upper high school and some time after, and my role model. I remember him as visionary, and perhaps a bit too quiet for some. In Congress, he seems to be pushing for allowing members to put forward and discuss ideas, over the crafting of a bill that cannot be changed and is rammed through.
