A good, long work day. I’ve been working on my Ex’s deck to clean it and re-seal it to get it ready for winter, but the rain keeps ruining my efforts. Hope to get it done and ready for the foul weather by next week, weather permitting.

I hear you about the rain being a problem. This late in the season I try to sweep the trillion leaves off the deck every couple days. Wet leaves don’t sweep. Over the weekend I used the snow shovel.
Resealing and staining may be next summer.
Good luck getting done when you need it.

It’s balmy now — in the 60s. October is sort of schizophrenic anyway — alternately hot & cold. Transitioning downward.

We’ve had weird weather. No spring or early summer rain, and now LOTs of rain. Last week we had a couple inches of snow, but warm weather and now rain...mid 40s, lower 50s.
Schizophrenic is a good word. LOL!
