This is why agreeing to limit 2nd amendment rights based upon mental health issues is so problematic. Leftists think Global Warming “deniers” and biblical literalists - anyone with whom they disagree - are mentally ill.
I agree, the whole loophole for mental health issues is terrifyingly easy to abuse, and will be. Anyone who doesn’t “think right” on guns, religion, global warming, evolution, you name it, they are obviously “crazy” to not be believing the right things. Involuntary incarceration and “re-education” will be the “reasonable” response of the self-declared elites of society.
Oh, by the way. They’ve been doing this for years already. It’s called public education.
