Maybe if they were honest they would say that those who do not approve of homosexuality are often Christians who do not embrace feminism but appreciate traditional masculinity and who are repulsed by abominable actions of others. No doubt they find John Wayne to have suffered from undesirable psychological traits like being manly and disgusted at the perverse.
