NONE of those jobs can be held by an illegal! (Each requires a license and that license is now required to have a background check, fingerprint, and diploma check review.)
Of course, the ILLEGALS coming in are unskilled labor, NOT degreed engineers or doctors. Some who overstay visas are degreed college (IT in particular) but the license background check filters those out from all other professions. (No background nor state license for IT!)
A great many of illegals are violent criminals and drug dealers who have created havoc in our communities by getting youngsters and others hooked on black tar heroin.
